Our recruitment process ensures our Courier Franchisees are the perfect fit for the Fastway family – friendly, diligent and customer focused.

1. Initial enquiry – Once you’ve completed an enquiry form you’ll receive an email to say that someone will contact you soon.
2. First interview – The recruitment manager or Regional Franchisee from your local regional franchise will contact you to arrange a meeting in person to explain the business opportunity and get to know you. At the conclusion of the meeting you’ll receive an application form and any other general information relevant to the business opportunity.
3. Reference checks will be conducted and they’ll also check if you have the legal ability to work in Australia.
4. Second interview – If your reference checks work out then we’ll organise a second meeting with you either via phone or in person. The recruitment manager or Regional Franchisee will then organise a van ride with you.
5. Van ride program – You’ll complete two full days with Courier Franchisee to familiarise yourself with the tasks involved in operating the territory.
6. Disclosure documents – Once you’ve completed the van ride and are keen to continue looking in the business, you’ll be provided with disclosure documents.
7. Third interview – This is another opportunity for you ask the recruitment manager or Regional Franchisee any questions that you have.
8. Final approval – If the recruitment process is a success, the recruitment manager or Regional Franchisee will offer this opportunity to you.
