Open2view is dominant in the Real Estate Photography market with a long-established history of producing quality photographic and other real estate products. The company services a range of clients from domestic real estate to commercial and national clients. The company is constantly evolving, adopting the latest technology to offer better creative solutions and greater efficiency.
This opportunity exists for a friendly, personable person dedicated to achieving quality work in the area of Real Estate photography. Opportunities exist to not only create professional photography, but also video work, drone photography and video, creating floor plans, Matterport 360˚ Virtual tours and 3D HomeView tours.
The franchisee is supported by the Area Franchisee and a team of fellow photographers in the case of holidays or illness. Having flexibility is one of the advantages of owning this business.
Marketing support
National Marketing support is provided by the Franchisor, including printed materials and online presence. Direct marketing campaigns are supported by Area franchisee. National campaigns such as with retirement villages and hotel chains are organised by national managers.
Training provided
Full training is provided to achieve the high standard of photography that the franchise is known for. Training is also provided for computer skills necessary for processing jobs, processing accounts on the company's back end, and sales and marketing skills. Other trainings are provided at different times in the year to update and upgrade skills.
Skills
Basic knowledge of photography with an SLR camera is preferrable but a keen willingness to learn goes a long way. A pleasing, happy and personable character is essential. Basic skills on Photoshop and Lightroom are an advantage but will be included in the training. No other qualifications are necessary however applicants must be deemed suitable by the Area Franchisee before permission will be given to take over a franchise.
Length of Agreement
Initial agreement expires September 2026 with renewal options of a further 5+5 years.

Open2view was established in New Zealand in 1999, supplying professional photography to real estate agents, but there was no way of delivering moving images to the market which led to the development of the online component of Open2view.
