Piccolo Me is fast becoming a reputable cafe franchise brand. With it's innovative marketing, strong social media, amazing coffee, loved menu, and brilliant promotions, this brand is really going places. The franchise has been operating since 2012 and has over 40 stores in various locations.
Franchise opportunities are now being sourced right across Australia, and we work with our new franchisees to find suitable sites of choice.
Marketing support
Marketing support is offered as part of the opening, and ongoing with various promotion and local store marketing - to drive new customers to the business. Apart from our national promotions, we work with our franchisees on targeted promotions to increase business in your immediate local region.
Training provided
A vigorous training program of 5 weeks is planned for before opening. This covers all aspects of operations, food prep, food safety, customer service, barista operations, hiring, preventative maintenance, staff management, rostering, food cost control, kitchen prep, and ordering. Ongoing training is also provided

We love our new franchisees to have a passion for food, people, and great customer service. Our franchisees come from all types of professional backgrounds, and we tailor our training to your needs and requirements
Length of Agreement
Our franchise agreements work in conjunction with your leease period. This can range from 5-10 years with an option period if the lease offers this.

Piccolo Me commenced as a family business and is still today run by the El Hachem family. A team of dedicated and experienced people assist with the support towards the franchisees - to ensure that each store runs to its potential.
Since 2012, Piccolo Me has been operating and opening cafes in varioius locations such as Hospitals, Tafes, Universities, tourist locations, CBD, commerical & industrial precincts.
Awards
There have been a number of awards achieved since 2015. These range from "Best New Brand" to "QSR's Editor's Choice." These awards have been highlighted via industry and franchise bodies and have been earnt as recent as 2024.
