Our customers are located across greater Ipswich and Brisbane, although caravan owners exist Australia-wide. Due to increasing costs of living, many customers live in caravans as their principal residence – a situation which may become more prevalent in the future.
Currently in the greater Brisbane and Ipswich areas there are few mobile caravan repair and service options available. Caravan owners can face difficulties when having to tow their caravans into a service centre, particularly when their caravans are out of service and un-towable, or it is their primary residence. Some customers are time poor due to long working hours, while others have mobility issues, which can prevent them from being able to deliver their caravan to a service centre. Further, customers may be reluctant to leave their caravan at a large, busy workshop, where they are not able to be part of the repair process.

In response to hearing customer's frustrations about having to tow their caravans into a service centre, particularly when out of service and un-towable, the owner saw an opportunity to provide a mobile service solution which meets the service and repair needs of RV owners in Southeast Queensland.
