Training provided
Onboarding:
Receive up to 50 hours of onboarding support to ensure you are fully equipped with our processes and have everything needed to get started successfully. This includes comprehensive training on all systems and intellectual property, along with full client engagement support to set you up for success.
Ongoing:
Access Pantheon IQ University for technical and non-technical training, plus ongoing guidance from our Leadership Team and Technical Leads to support your growth and success.
Skills
Success in professional services relies on a strong background. We ideally look for consultants with experience in professional services or leadership roles, ideally with tertiary qualifications in fields like Information Systems, Business Development, or Project and Change Management.
Driven, success-oriented individuals with a solid work ethic thrive here. To support your growth, we offer internal programs and resources to bridge skill gaps and help you achieve your professional goals.
Length of Agreement
We are looking for partners who are interested in forming a long-term collaboration and becoming integral members of our team. While our ideal scenario is an indefinite partnership, we understand that circumstances may evolve over time. As such, the initial contract is for two years.
