Coffee Colab.
A roastery and espresso bar with income from retail, wholesale and contract roasting. With a beautiful fitout, the espresso bar flows through to our packing area and further past the glass wall to our roastery room. A great location, with lots of parking and a list of customers both local and interstate.
Below is a breakdown of each area of the business:


ESPRESSO BAR

The espresso bar is open Monday to Friday (easily run by one person), and is home to the Gold Coast's biggest range of specialty coffee. With a loyal customer following, the focus is on retail beans for home use, takeaway coffee, and light food/snacks on offer.
Included with the espresso bar:- Beautiful new fitout- La Marzocco Linea coffee machine- 2x Mazzer grinders, 1 x EK grinder- Fridges, prep/packing benches, display shelves


WHOLESALE - Organic Coffee Roasters

The main wholesale brand has been operating for 13 years and is one of the leading organic coffee brands in Australia. We sell coffee beans to cafes, offices, businesses, and retail (both direct and through distribution).

All trademarks - Two eCommerce websites (both wholesale and retail)-

Branding material: designs, logos, stickers, packaging- Roasting recipes: blends and single origin coffee- Supplier contacts: green beans at agreed rates, all relevant suppliers-A branded delivery vehicle (2012 VW caddy)

- Wholesale business (total = 100-130kg/week)

CONTRACT ROASTING


This is a growing area of the business whereby we roast and pack custom blends for wholesale customers (in either branded bags or large tins for distribution). - 70kg per week
Included with contract roasting:- 7kg CRA Phantom 2GEN coffee roaster- Afterburner - Sealing and packing bench- Green bean storage area- Laptop that connects to roaster and runs roasting software- All roast profiles and blend recipes- All contacts of suppliers

Current owner only working 2 days per week

All training and support will be given by the current owner to ensure a smooth transition.

- Email marketing for retail website: 1000 contacts

- International export (Australian organic products are in high demand, especially China market)
