Part time. The role really only needs about 8 hours a week.

Employees

You would be the Community Manager / Managing Partner for this business. This is a part time role and this business does have other onsite staff.
We have support staff to help with finance and admin.

So, we look for someone who can partner with us. Invest themselves and their money into the business. Someone who is committed to seeing it succeed, because when the business succeeds, they succeed.

We have been in business for a long time and can provide the support with that side of it. We have proven marketing strategies. We have systems to handle the admin, contracts, payments and the myriad of other operational requirements for running a business. In fact, we handle all the roles that can’t be done in person at the premises (with your joint oversight. You will be an equal partner with full right and ability to oversee every aspect of the business that you co-own.)

The brand is provided under a licence agreement with zero fees. We don’t want to operate like a franchise where we charge fees regardless of results. We want to make money from the profits the business makes. When the results are good, we can sit back comfortably. When the results aren’t there, we will be on the ground, with you in the trenches, working hard to increase revenue. We will be in this together.

The Coolum Space was started in early 2019. It grew astronomically pre-COVID.
COVID was a big hit that we endured.
We've now bounced back and with the boom on the Sunshine Coast, the road ahead is only trending upwards.

The husband and wife team who founded this chain are a great business pair. Nicola is a marketing specialist who has risen to be the youngest Managing Director of a marketing agency in a global company (NYSE listed.) Craig is a serial entrepreneur who first retired at 34yo, before realising he could never stop!
