About the Business
WinPatrol has successfully held the City of Whyalla Window cleaning contract since 2006 through tender processes. The new tender process now includes high water pressure cleaning of many council owned facility eg Bennett Oval, Whyalla and Stony Point boat ramps, and our iconic and unique Whyalla Jetty!
Since 2017, we acquired a major Aged Care window cleaning contract including community clients on Home Support packages, NDIS, Country Health Connect Community clients with support packages and the Samaritan College's (3 campuses) window cleaning contract. Winpatrol has also been involved with end of construction cleans eg the new Bennett Oval grandstand, OTR's in Whyalla and Port Lincoln, New Whyalla Secondary School and other cleaning services eg Academy, Saville's and RM Cleaning. Winpatrol also services many local businesses, clubs, retail shops and many other commercial businesses. Our motto is no job is too big or small.
We believe in moving the business foward and investing in the business so this saw us purchase a new Water Fed Pole System that uses iodized water to remove contaminates and give your windows a beautiful streak free finish. This reduces the use of extension poles for those tricky 2 story buildings thereby increasing productivity.
Currently Winpatrol is the only stand alone professional window cleaning and high pressure water cleaning business in Whyalla with potential further growth into other regions. With new developements currently happening and planned for Whyalla, this perpetuates the opportunity for future growth.
The new owner will have the option to completely operate and run the business themselves with minimal assistance from established workforce or they can sit back and be the managers and let others do the physical work.

History
Established in 2006 (predominantly window cleaning) where the current owner worked for the business and then brought the business in 2010. The business expanded to include high pressure water cleaning and gutter cleaning.
The current owner ran and worked the business solo until 2016 when we took on our first local employees due to business growth. In 2017, we acquired 2 other local window cleaning businesses and absorbed them into WinPatrol services. This took our business to new heights.
