Affordable setup costs
Turnkey setup costs start from only $270,000, which covers shop design & build, documentation, comprehensive training package, equipment, initial stock and opening promotions. When your Sharetea store is setup, ongoing fees are 5.5% royalties & 2.5% marketing levy. We’re confident in the comparison with our competitors as our structure benefits our franchise partners more.
Continuing support
In addition to your comprehensive initial training, we’ll ensure you are taken care of throughout our entire franchise partnership. From HR and rostering assistance to administrative and ongoing operational support – Sharetea will go above and beyond to continually help and improve your business. Partners will also join in the benefits from National marketing campaigns and more tailored Local Area Marketing initiatives. In addition to this there are continual online training tools and access to our partner portal, for you and your staff.

Training provided
As a Sharetea store partner you will receive both tailored initial training and ongoing operational support for the entirety of the franchise agreement. We provide:
- 3 x weeks of thorough onsite training prior to your store opening
- 1 x week of instore support from head office team member after opening
- Access to online training platform for franchise partner and store staff continued training needs
- Ongoing operations team support structure
